RETURNS & REFUNDS

Order cancellation is only entertained within 24 Hours of placing your order, i.e. if you place your order and then later change your mind, please contact us within the same day to inform us about the cancellation. Our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you and will immediately process the refund. As per the banking norms, electronic refunds to debit/credit cards may take up to 14 working days. Alternatively, you may ask for store credit. Please note that after the order has been shipped out, refunds cannot be issued.

If the order you received turns out to be damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package along with the clear pictures of the damaged items. Our Customer Service team shall analyze the damage first, and will subsequently issue a replacement after investigating the matter. The replacement item/s shall be shipped again free of cost.

As for the returns, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Focallure™ Arabia, you are welcome to return them. Please note that you may not return the opened items. For returning the unopened items, you must email us within 3 days after receiving your shipment to let us know the reasons for your dissatisfaction. Our Customer Service Team will try their best to satisfy your concern and if they're unable to do so, we will issue a refund/store credit after receiving your returned items. For returning the items, please retain the original packaging including any envelopes/airway bills. Return postage shall be paid by the customer. We will only accept returns for items purchased through www.focallurearabia.com. If you have purchased your items from any other Focallure™ sales channel, please contact the respective Customer Services Team. All our items are serialized and coded. If you will send us items not purchased through our website for returns, we will immediately know it.

Not all items are eligible for returns and refunds, especially the ones which require specific temperature and humidity levels. When we're shipping your orders, we ensure that product storage conditions are met fully, and that the packaging is strong and export worthy. This could not be the case when your're sending your items back to us for returns. Please contact our Customer Service Team to know whether your purchased items are eligible for returns or not.

At Focallure™ Arabia, we strive to deliver your orders with zero defects. We have strict quality assurance measures in place, and we inspect each and every item before shipping to ensure that it is in great shape, is not expired and the packaging integrity is not compromised whatsoever.
